Project Prestart
Before we start we send you a PIP (project information pack), where we capture information about your business & project .
Once the PIP is recieved our senior estimator reviews the project in detail and prepares a prestart document.
This prestart outlines the scope, assumptions, exclusions, drawings, prelims & methodology, ensuring we are all on the same page before we start.

Two-Stage Review
Our certified estimators complete the take-off, with our senior estimator conducting a review as you go procedure at relevant stages.
The once the project have been completed, the project is then reviewed by a the same senior estimator that completed the original prestart. This ensures accuracy, quality and that we meet our cleints brief in full - everytime.

Debrief Meeting
After we send you the detailled take-off and/or cost report, and you have had time to review, we arrange a 30min teams or phone call to run through any questions, queries and amendments.
Included in the fee is 30min worth of amendments to make any tweaks after the meeting to ensure you are full satisfied with the outcome.
