Description of Services

Estimates.lk provides professional construction cost estimation services in Sri Lanka.
Our services include quantity surveying, material cost analysis, and comprehensive project estimates.
All estimates are prepared by certified quantity surveyors following Sri Lankan building standards.
We provide estimates for residential, commercial, industrial, and renovation projects.
Service delivery typically occurs within 24-48 hours unless otherwise specified.

User Obligations

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when requesting estimates.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all project details, plans, and specifications submitted.
You must not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
You must respect the intellectual property rights of Estimates.lk and third parties.

Estimates and Accuracy

Our estimates are based on current market rates and the information provided by clients.
While we strive for accuracy, estimates are approximations and actual costs may vary.
We provide a written guarantee on our estimates within the specified parameters.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
Changes to project scope, materials, or specifications may require estimate revisions.

Payment Terms

Payment is required before delivery of detailed estimates unless otherwise agreed.
We accept bank transfers, online payments, and other specified payment methods.
Refunds are available within 7 days if services cannot be delivered as promised.
Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts beyond 30 days.
All prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees unless otherwise specified.

Intellectual Property

All content, estimates, reports, and materials provided by Estimates.lk remain our intellectual property.
You receive a license to use estimates for your specific project purposes only.
You may not redistribute, resell, or share our estimates without written permission.
Our brand, logo, and website content are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Client project information and plans are treated as confidential and proprietary to the client.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the estimation service provided.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Our estimates are professional opinions based on available information and market conditions.
Clients are advised to obtain multiple estimates and professional advice for major projects.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client project information.
Client plans, specifications, and project details are not shared with third parties.
Our team members sign confidentiality agreements to protect client information.
Project information may be used in aggregate for service improvement without client identification.
Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely beyond the service relationship.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of these terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
